I’m so glad that my little girl Rosie has the most amazing Veterinary Team. Rosie (toy Cavoodle) LOVES The Vet Lounge at Ormeau. The staff are always happy for us to stop in and say hello, and we do!! Rosie loves visiting, always with a helicopter tail and a million kisses at the ready. Brei and her staff are absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rosie has been part of The Vet Lounge family since she became part of our family from Puppy Prep at 4 months old to an operation for a dog bite and then de-sexing when she was nearly 1. Rosie is a little anxious and doesn’t wake well from anaesthetic, so when she was bitten by another dog and again when she was de-sexed, Brei and the nurses held her on their laps until she woke up, so she wouldn’t be scared. I couldn’t ask for any more care, love or attention for my girl when she is in their hands. The love and care they give to her is exactly the same as she gets at home. Amazing people, with so much love for animals. Thank Brei and your wonderful staff loving my little girl, just as I do.
Bundy absolutely loves to go and visit Dr Brei and the girls at Ormeau. A trip to the vet these days is a treat. If we walk past on Sunday Bundy gets quite grumpy because he can’t go in. Since we started visiting Brei, Bundy doesn’t chew his paws as much and he even has fur on his paws again. You can honestly feel the love when you walk in the door for all the animals in their care. We’re both so happy we found The Vet Lounge.
I love taking my two beautiful dogs to the Currumbin Vet Lounge because they are always friendly and professional. My dogs love going there as they get lots of cuddles from the staff. The staff always make sure my babies are healthy and happy even if we are just picking up worm treatment. I love that they can go there too for haircuts and again they are very well looked after and checked over for any health issues. I always feel my dogs are of optimal health at all times and that gives me peace …
The Vet Lounge deserve the very highest accolades. In November of 2013, I contacted the Vet Lounge from New Zealand, as my cat, Freedom was due to fly to the Gold Coast, and would be in need of long term boarding. The Vet Lounge had been recommended to me by friends, who had seen a write up in the local paper about their winning services and had also used the facilities themselves.
The staff at Coomera are awesome and I don’t take my kitties anywhere else. From desexing to treating a very uncomfortable kitten for constipation…they do it with love and care. Matt is great and the follow up phone calls are a nice touch.
The Vet Lounge at Currumbin – Nicole, Mary, Robyn and Stacy I’m sure I’ve forgotten someone! We have a very healthy relationship with 2 dogs Zeb and Zara and 2 cats Ty and Jaxon we are often popping in for something! Friendly, helpful and kind is how I would describe them to me but to the animals they are awesome, always genuinely happy to help and nothing is too much trouble! Just had my puppy operated on by Brie at Ormeau. I am so grateful to them all for taking such good care of my baby. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so comfortable and just knew that they were going to take the very best care of my baby. As an added bonus they were also the cheapest in the area. I have never found a more trust worthy practice and staff than Currumbin Vet Lounge. Dr Nic, Dr Christina & Robyn are always honest, kind, go above and beyond and have what is in the best interest of my furry family member as their top priority. I know I can leave my beloved animals life in their hands and trust them 100%. I have been to numerous practices from Brisbane down to the NSW border and never again will I go anywhere else but here.
I have known Michael Woodcock for many years, he has treated my horses, dogs and cats. The Team at the Vet lounge are friendly, professional and caring and all my animals have been extremely well looked after. Just of late my really old cat Byron had a very badly ulcerated eye and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care & concern shown to him. I love recommending people to the vet lounge knowing they will get the best care and treatment possible.
Couldn’t recommend The Vet Lounge at Coomera enough! The staff are always super friendly & your 100% always greeted with a smile. The staff treat my two, Bambi & Bentley, like their own, even giving them a snuggle or two. I will always feel comfortable leaving my two in the hands of these guys. ❤
Amazing service by all the staff at The Vet lounge, helping us with 10 big 8 weeks old puppies for vaccinations and microchipping. Dr Michael Woodcock is very knowledgeable and the assistant vet nurses are so lovely and sweet. Thank you for all your help. The vet lounge is beautifully designed as well.
The best vet we have ever been to!
We have been going to the Currumbin clinic since they opened and cannot fault them. Our dogs have had multiple surgeries including orthopaedic surgery and they have been fantastic every time! We had our much loved cat put to sleep 3.5 years ago there and they were so caring and compassionate! Thank you to everyone at Currumbin!

My little chihuahua Flossy ruptured her cruciate ligament last Wednesday and The Vet Lounge were so great when I rang them on Thursday afternoon as a friend of mine highly recommended them. They made arrangements to fit my little girl in the very next day for her surgery & for a very competitive price in comparison to other vets. Dr Michael did a fantastic job with the surgery and explained everything to me in detail making me feel very calm about the whole ordeal. Flossy is well on her way to recovery!!
